Omnom brownies

 We are so in love with the icelandic chocolate producer Omnom and apart from selling their chocolate in our coffeeshop, we wanted to use this high quality chocolate as an ingredient in something absolutely mouth watering. The outcome (…after many not-to-complain-about tastings 😉 ) were these fudgy, full of chocolate flavor and moist brownies. The portion is just about perfect with your cup of coffee.
